This custom-built residence combines European architectural elements with modern farmhouse design. The herringbone brick porch with gas lanterns leads to double glass entry doors, opening to an office that features a 20-foot cast stone gas fireplace and three-tier glass chandelier inspired by Hotel Longemalle in Geneva. The great room includes a gas fireplace and textured wood accent wall, flowing into an open-concept kitchen with Monogram appliances, glass-lit cabinetry, and a 15-foot island with quartz waterfall edge. The dining room includes soft-close glass sliding doors, mirrored walls, and temperature-controlled wine storage, while twenty-foot accordion sliding glass doors connect the interior to a covered outdoor kitchen and patio area. Outside, the pool features hand-selected clay tile with an adjacent jacuzzi, complemented by the fully covered outdoor kitchen and dining area. Entertainment is provided by a soundproofed home theater with 110-inch screen, surround sound system, and built-in bar. The second floor includes a living room, three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, laundry room, and master suite featuring vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and oversized windows. The master bathroom includes a custom mirzasto technique accent wall, soaking tub, and steam shower with six showerheads.
